This late 19th C. hooked rug is a wonderful example of American Folk Art.   It depicts two brown rabbits, a butterfly, flowers that appear to be poppies, all done in muted earth tones on a beautiful blue background.  The subject matter and colors used are what really make this rug such a fine piece of Folk Art.  An exceptional piece in great condition!  Professionally mounted and ready for display.  Measuring 22 1/2 x 45 1/2 in.
