Fine Miniature Blanket Chest

​This late Federal miniature blanket chest retains its original red painted surface.  And it appears to retain the original till, hinges, and lock mechanism.  The lid having applied edge molding, standing on nicely turned legs.  Early 19th C.  Made of pine. New England origin.  Measuring 10" tall by 11 3/4" wide by 7 1/4" deep.  One stable age crack in lid.  Otherwise in excellent condition.
