Here are two great pantry boxes, both in original blue surface.  Both have oxidized to a "steel blue" or "grey blue" color.  but you can see the original blue under the lids.  Both are constructed with tiny wooden pegs and early nails.  The larger of the two measures 11-1/2" in diameter and is 6" tall.  You can see and feel  the wonderful hand planing on the lid.   The smaller one measures 8-3/4" in diameter by 4-1/4" tall. It has a somewhat drier surface.  Both are in excellent condition, however, the large one does have a couple of chips on the base.
